The Pledge: Our Pledge: Bringing Clinical Research Quality Into Everyday Care At Cleanical, we believe patient safety should not begin when a patient enters a clinical trial. It should be part of every patient’s healthcare journey. On Change Day, Cleanical pledges to promote the practical use of clinical research principles in everyday care for people living with chronic diseases, with a focus on clear documentation, continuity of care, patient safety, and accountability. We will dedicate Change Day to sharing practical tools and knowledge with healthcare professionals on how simple practices used routinely in clinical research can strengthen daily clinical care and reduce preventable gaps. Because good documentation is not paperwork for paperwork’s sake. It is how we know what happened, what needs to happen next, and who is responsible for making it happen. Our goal is simple: Make every patient’s journey safer, more organized, and easier to follow — one practice at a time. Cleanical pledges to continue advocating for a healthcare culture where quality is built into everyday practice, not added after something goes wrong.
